The views inside and outside Hotel Tourmaline are really attractive and draw people in. I found it luxurious but still affordable compared with many other hotels in the city. The hotel is peaceful and secure, with convenient access to important areas of Peshawar, so it works for business meetings, family trips, or tourism. The rooms are spacious and neat, with comfortable beds, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and good cleanliness. The elegant interiors and professional hospitality add to the comfortable atmosphere. Staff are respectful, cooperative, and quick to help, from check-in through departure. The restaurant’s clean dining area, breakfast buffet, and traditional Pakistani dishes were also praised, with a good variety of meals. A reliable and pleasant place to stay with quality service.

The only snag was minor service delays during peak periods. Otherwise, everything was managed well, and the stay went smoothly. The staff were professional and helpful, the rooms clean, and the overall service good. Food quality was decent with a good choice of dishes. Hotel Tourmaline Peshawar is comfortable and modern, and conveniently close to the main city points. A good stay in Peshawar that I’d recommend.

I had a wonderful stay here with my family. The rooms felt new, were clean and comfortable, and the place was spotless and perfectly safe. Staff were efficient and helpful, which made our visit better. The breakfast buffet and in-room service were fantastic. Ms.Hajra at reception was especially courteous, welcoming, and efficient. Her helpful manner and professionalism reflected well on the hotel’s hospitality. My stay at Hotel Tourmaline, Peshawar was pleasant, comfortable, clean, and well managed. The staff were cooperative and ready to help, making everything smooth and stress-free. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city, and I look forward to coming back.

The staff were slow and seemed uninterested. We waited a long time to order, then the food arrived wrong. When we pointed out the mistake, nobody apologized or acted like it mattered. The food was disappointing too: cold or overcooked dishes, bland taste, ingredients that didn’t seem fresh, and very few menu choices. Poor food and unprofessional service ruined our stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for dining or hospitality.
