Even with fewer services and guests around, the staff were incredibly kind and caring, and you could tell they put thought into looking after people. Breakfast was delicious and just what we needed to start the day. The room was cozy and had plenty of amenities, including a fan and AC. The building has been beautifully restored in a rustic style, and the location is lovely. There was clearly a lot of care put into both the project and the hotel's hospitality. If you're coming to shop for Polish pottery, this is a perfect place to stay. Can't recommend it enough.

The restaurant was the highlight for me, the food was amazing. Breakfast was simple but lovely, and I liked the French Press coffee. From check-in to checkout I felt looked after, and the whole stay had a cozy, rustic feel. We came to shop for pottery, and this is our favorite place to stay in Boleslaweic. Our family of two adults and four kids slept comfortably in the biggest room. It's great for a big family.

The young man at the restaurant and bar was attentive and gave us great suggestions for our first time in the area. Service was impeccable, and parking was plentiful. The city center of Boleslawiec is a short distance away. We had breakfast both mornings, with fresh French press coffee for the table, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Blue Beetroot is quiet and rustic, with beautiful decor. Our two-night stay was wonderful, and we'd gladly return.

We loved having both dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and both meals were delicious. The rooms were adorable and just right for us, and it was nice to play cards in the dining area. After I emailed for a reservation, Justyna/John got back to me quickly. On arrival, we were given a list of nearby pottery shops and some discounts. A great experience, highly recommended!
