The beach is the one real plus, and the staff were friendly when we arrived. The all-inclusive deal seemed hard to beat, but after two nights the problems had piled up. The rooms are tiny for two, the food is bland, and you can hear the neighbors through the walls. There was also a loud humming at night. Our door kept failing to unlock, and housekeeping only came if we asked. I can’t see how this place had a 4.1-star rating at the time of my review. It didn’t reflect the quality we experienced.

The food tasted good and had a decent range, and the rooms were clean and OK. The location was great and the place felt very secure. But the staff came across as bored or angry. They’d say hello without looking at you, and sometimes the receptionists didn’t say anything at all. Also, coffee disappeared after breakfast even though they had machines that were switched off.

Breakfast was excellent, though starting at 8:00 felt late when it was already light at 4:00. The jug leaked, but they replaced it. There wasn’t a plug in the handbasin.

I've stayed in nicer places, but this one does what I'd expect from a basic hotel.
