The rooms were great, and it's a great base for seeing the city. Finding the office at first was really hard, though, and a smile seemed optional.

I asked for an invoice three times and still haven't received it. The staff stuck to what they called the regulations and showed no willingness to help sort out any problems. The photos made it seem like we'd have a view of the Motława River, but our window actually faced the building across from us, which was a huge letdown. I can't recommend this place.

We had a lovely balcony overlooking the Motława River, just right for coffee in the morning, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The apartment on Chmielna Street in Gdańsk was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed. It only took a few minutes to walk to the Old Town. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and booking and checking in were easy. It would work well for a quick trip or a longer stay. I'd gladly come back and recommend it.

I stayed there last October and still look back on it fondly. We had everything we needed, and the location was great. There was a balcony, plus a convenience store and bars right under our building.
