The apartment's size and location were the positives. Two days before we arrived, we were told there was a problem with the one we'd booked. The owner offered another place that was larger and supposedly a higher standard, which makes me wonder what the original one was like. The replacement was in mediocre condition: plugs blew, there was no hot water, the jacuzzi they had praised so much didn't work, and the power kept going out. The pans were burnt, there weren't enough dishes for five people, and the TV didn't work. Even getting into the apartment involved solving a puzzle. I don't recommend it.

Gdańskie Apartamenty - Apartamenty na Świeto Ducha The apartment was in a shocking state when we arrived: dirty, with torn bedding and a soiled bed, couch, and kitchen. Disgusting. I contacted the owner right away, but he refused to speak with us. We left, and haven't been able to negotiate any financial compensation. A completely unscrupulous landlord. Avoid at all costs.

The apartment was quiet, spacious, clean, and well maintained, with plenty of room for four. We were welcomed by Natalia, a lovely woman who showed us in, and the rental company's communication was fantastic. Booking online went perfectly too. It was just a stone's throw from the market square, close to everything, including the train station, the World War II museum, and restaurants. My wife and I had a great weekend and we'll be back!

The Old Town looked lovely from the apartment window, and the place itself was clean, tidy, and really well equipped. We had a great stay in Gdańsk, with a roomy bathroom, a proper kitchen, and even a TV for watching the game. The parking area is full of potholes, and pigeons had taken over the building entrance. Still, we loved the apartment and would happily come back! :)

I still haven't received the refund, even though I'd already arranged it with the owner. On arrival day, Mr. M. messaged to say the apartment had flooded and couldn't be rented. He offered a different place, but it was dirty and poorly kept, so I didn't stay there. I warn others.
