The breakfast had plenty to choose from and was delicious. Our room was a good size, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel is just a short walk from the old town and lots of shops. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and couldn't do enough for us. We had an amazing few days in Gdansk and would definitely stay here again when we return.

The hotel was a good choice for our family. There was mini football, ping pong, toys for children, and an Xbox, which was a big plus. Staff were welcoming, and we really appreciated the kind gesture they made toward our child. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, with no noise issues. It's also well located, walkable to the centre of Gdansk and near a tram stop. A solid stay with good amenities for families.

The portfolio is very good, right in the heart of the city centre between the old and new towns. The local and central bus and train stations are just 10 minutes away, and the airport is at most 20 minutes away, as usual.

We really enjoyed the fireworks on the bridge on New Year's Eve. The granary island is a great place to visit, close to the old town square, with great bars and restaurants along the river and around the square.

The location by the old town is the hotel's main advantage. The rooms feel outdated, more like Ibis, and there are no USB charging points. It was too hot, and the AC was too noisy, even in winter. The breakfast was average, and the dining area is quite small. The person at check-in wasn't nice, though the staff member at checkout was very friendly. Parking was a disgrace: not cleared of snow and ice, dirty and slippery, and there wasn't enough space.
