We were a group of six, with three rooms for the couples. The rooms were small, with little TVs and nowhere to gather together. The beds were poor, all joined into one space, and there was no air conditioning. Bathrooms sat right in front of the beds; the shower could have been worse, but still wasn’t in good condition, and the washbasin was tiny. There’s a little garden outside with a tiny lake, where the group can gather, and there’s also indoor parking. I’m not sure about the value for the price, but personally I’d look at other hotels.

We had a comfortable three-day stay here, and for the money it was one of the best options in Gdansk. Summer makes Gdansk and Sopot very expensive, so this felt especially good value for students and small families. The owner was friendly, and the garden was a lovely place to sit and relax. It’s also about 13-15 minutes from Gdansk glowny, which makes it well placed for tourists. Ten out of ten for everything.

This place should lose its three-star rating on Booking.com. There were no toiletries, such as soap, shower gel or shampoo, and no way to make tea or coffee. The TV had no signal. Internet was very slow, with upload below 1 Mbps, measured at 0.34 Mbps. The room had a strong smell, which I suspect came from the carpet. The linen on the second bed hadn’t been changed and was left dirty from the previous guests.
