Radisson Blu Hotel, Gdansk

I usually prefer smaller hotels because they feel more personal and cozy, but this one gave me an outstanding stay. Miss Anastasia at the service desk was super friendly and full of energy, and explained everything in detail. She also helped with other questions later on. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable, and the hotel felt quiet and cozy, almost like home. Parking was great and very convenient, though a little expensive. The gym was small but fine, and I enjoyed the sauna in the SPA. The woman in the SPA area was really friendly. I also liked the restaurant: the food was good and tasty, and they had non-alcoholic wine, which I don’t see much in Poland. A shout-out to the young woman with short blond hair, she was super nice and friendly. A very pleasant two-night stay. Thank you, ladies, and keep up the great work!

We were very happy with the modern amenities and high standard of the facilities, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. Breakfast had plenty of choice and set us up well for the day. Given the quality and location, it felt like excellent value. The setting is perfect, and we’d highly recommend staying here.

The friendly, professional staff made my stay at the Radisson Blu Gdańsk feel personal. Bernadeta, Anastasia, and Anhelina were genuinely helpful throughout, always welcoming and attentive, and nothing seemed too much trouble. Their positive attitude and care stood out, and they’re a real credit to the hotel and the Radisson brand. I had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thanks for such a great experience!

A lovely stay in the Old Town, just steps from the green gate and close to nearly all of Gdansk’s attractions. My room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly. Maria at reception helped me with a train booking and a tour, and Metti gave me a lovely free hand massage at the spa. I’ll recommend the hotel to friends and family. It would be even better if the furniture were updated.
