Solanki Medical Spa

I’ve been here commercially twice now. The treatments are excellent, and the room is renovated and clean. Towels are changed easily if you ask, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. Food is the weak spot, though. There are a few real hits, like the celery and apple salad, which was a masterpiece. But the buffet breakfast runs short on cottage cheese and white cheese, which are gone by 8:30, and there are no pickled vegetables, just cucumber, tomato, and peppers. No daily milk soup either, and crisps with milk are a bad idea. Dinner has a similar shortage of vegetables. Fish showed up for lunch once a week, and herring was served at dinner once too. There’s no real alternative with good plant protein for people who don’t eat meat. The diabetic, easily digestible lunch is almost the same as the regular one, and often there’s no second serving available. The cafeteria has plenty of room to improve, but I still recommend the place.

On my sixth stay at the Medical Spa, I got distracted and left a piece of clothing in the room. They sent it home to me, which was the icing on the cake. Bravo! I’ll gladly come back for stay number seven. I keep returning because I’m satisfied. The rooms, treatments, meals, and cleanliness are all excellent. My only gripe is the treatment schedule. It would be much better if options like classic or dry massage were available where we’re staying, so we could go from A5 to A5 instead of A5 to A2. Best regards, Izabela Kossowska 🙂

The staff deserve a mention. Everyone was lovely and ready to help, and I felt looked after from the start. I stayed on a commercial package with three meals and access to the Spa area. The buildings have been renovated, and the rooms are nice and clean. Inowrocław surprised me in a good way, especially with its clean air, and the resort is only a short distance from the city center. I’m taking off a star because the massage therapist at the beauty salon was late and wasn’t wearing a uniform. My overall rating is 5 :)

I spent a week here in the second half of September for a commercial therapeutic stay. The treatment facilities are extensive, with lots of treatments available, and the staff who carried them out were professional and very friendly. The dining area was the letdown. I watched what they used to wash the tables, but never saw the tables or the parts of the chairs customers touch being disinfected after meals. Unfortunately, I got home with RSV.
