The main problem was the noise. We stayed four nights and didn’t get any sleep, with drunk guests yelling on their way back to their rooms until 6 AM. There were parties in the restaurant late at night with no set end time, and no host staying on site overnight to deal with the noise. We raised it at reception on the only one of our four days when someone was there, but nothing changed. Nobody mentioned when we booked that organized groups and late parties were allowed. Had we known, we wouldn’t have booked. I might understand it on New Year’s Eve, but all four nights like this was beyond me. The rooms have very poor soundproofing, and the bathroom water smelled so bad that brushing my teeth or showering was impossible. The location is fairly isolated from good restaurants and a large supermarket. Those things can be checked beforehand, and I could have overlooked most of them. But being told about the parties and doing nothing, plus having no one at reception for three of the four days, was unacceptable. The cleaning staff didn’t speak any English, either.

The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and the food was lovely. Beautiful place, definitely recommend it!

A lovely breakfast, and there’s a ping pong table, jacuzzi, and sauna. Dogs are welcome, too.

The spa was great, and the staff were lovely. The room was nice and clean.
