It’s well located, though not the best place. I’d recommend it if you’ll be spending most of your time outdoors.

Avoid this place. It was smelly, dirty, and very dated. It seemed to be the only place in Karpacz where rooms were always available. We had to find somewhere else to stay. My friends from England couldn’t believe it was still open, given their health and safety concerns. The staff were rude, and our money wasn’t refunded.

The room was ugly and disgusting, and I nearly tripped on the torn carpet when I walked in. The shower barely had any water, so a proper shower was impossible. There was no gel or shampoo, though at least there was toilet paper. The TV didn’t work and the Wi-Fi was terrible. The cutlery was so dirty we didn’t want to eat with it, the coffee was horrible, and breakfast was poor with no healthy choices. The service was really rude, not polite at all. The most terrible hotel I’ve ever stayed in. So disappointing.

There’s a great choice of dinners, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice rooms right in the center of Karpacz.
