RoyalAparts provided the worst part of the stay. I reported the problem several times, but was brushed off with, "the matter has been passed on to the owner." There was no real help, and about a month and a half later I still hadn't received a response to my official complaint. Booking.com contacted the landlord after I told them about it the day before we left, but there was still no answer. I felt there was no accountability or regard for the customer. I strongly advise against this property, especially in winter. The Orlik VIP apartment looks attractive in the photos, but around -10°C the reality was disastrous. Even with the underfloor heating turned all the way up, the warmest area reached only 18.7°C, sometimes less. In bed under the slope, you could feel the cold coming from the roof. That's unacceptable for a place marketed as "VIP". The mezzanine design also makes me think it could get unbearably stuffy in summer without ventilation.

Horror. The electricity kept acting up and the lights went out. The bed was dirty, and the place looked nothing like the photos. I paid 1000 PLN for a three-night reservation. If I'd known what it was really like, I wouldn't have paid even 300 PLN.

Highly recommend! The pizza and pasta are genuinely Italian. The place has a lovely atmosphere, the service is friendly, and the prices are pretty reasonable.
