The staff are friendly, the prices are good, and breakfast is good too.

The furniture felt older than I am, and the room standard was well below average, even though the amenities were good. The bathroom was tiny, with no shower curtain, just half of a Western-style 'saloon' door, so water splashed onto the floor. It looked clean at first, but I found rubbish from the previous guests when something fell under the bed or wardrobe. For over 100 PLN, I expected more. The location is pretty good, a stone's throw from Krucze Skały and just a few minutes from the city center. Service was fine and pleasant, as expected. I can agree with what previous commenters said.

The owner and staff are really kind and friendly, and the facilities were very good. My room was genuinely clean. The bathroom sink could have been cleaned better, but even the plumbing pipes were dust-free, so that felt like a small oversight. The price is decent, and the location is close to most places and attractions. I have very little to complain about. I highly recommend it and will stay here again on my next trip to Karpacz.

There's a nice view of the whole mountain range from the field in front of the house. The villa itself is tucked away, quiet, and peaceful, with friendly hosts, a pleasant garden, and parking across the road. The town center is about a 15-minute walk using a shortcut through a field, and the black trail to Śnieżka Mountain runs nearby along the ridgeline. I picked a modest room, but it has everything I need: a bathroom with a hairdryer, small fridge, kettle, and tableware. I only wish I'd chosen one with a balcony. There's an ironing board in the hallway, too. The shared kitchen has a microwave, grill, toaster, sandwich maker, and coffee maker.
