I wouldn’t recommend this place. We’d booked and paid the agreed 50% deposit, but couldn’t send the balance that day because of a technical issue with the bank. I contacted the property right away to ask about paying in cash when we arrived or transferring the rest the next day. They texted back to confirm that cash would be okay. Yet when we got there, we found out the reservation had been canceled for lack of full payment. What made it worse was the owner’s response. Rather than help sort it out or speak to us professionally, she shouted, raised her voice, and hung up. The whole thing was stressful and spoiled the start of our holiday. We ended up at a different hotel, which was much better, cheaper, closer to the city center, and a much higher standard. The poor communication, lack of competence, and disrespect toward customers were unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying here.

Despite the mixed reviews I’d seen before coming to Karpacz, we had a very enjoyable stay, and the facilities were excellent. This was my first time booking through this offer, but likely not the last. Everything we needed was there, plus a bit more. Arte Villa is quiet despite being close to the city center. There’s a shop and bus stop right outside, so we could leave the car in the parking lot. We’re very pleased and recommend it.

A quiet neighborhood and a really nice place. It’s a bit of a walk into the center, but I recommend it 😊😊😊

We decided on a spontaneous trip, and booking a room for the next day was easy. We told the lady we’d get there at 10 PM, and she waited for us, so the late arrival was no problem. The service was very good and friendly.

The owner is really nice and nothing seems to be a problem. For a cheap, clean place to stay, I’d recommend it. Just don’t expect luxury. You get what you pay for. The good bits: it’s clean and inexpensive, the bedding was fresh and smelled nice, and the kitchen is large and well equipped. There are quite a few drawbacks. The city center is about 15 minutes away, the lighting is poor, and the TV is tiny. The room could use a refresh and a few useful things, like hallway coat hooks, and some loose electrical outlets need fixing. The walls are thin, so you hear everything. Smoke from people on the balcony below drifts into the upstairs room, and they smoke a lot. The biggest annoyance was the hot water. There was no chance of taking a morning shower.
