Hi, I’d like to book a room, but I can only find a phone number and no website. I called, but the woman spoke Polish and I only speak English. How am I supposed to make a booking?

The neighbors were Roma, and they smoked freely in the rooms and hallways and made a lot of noise. It made for a very unpleasant stay. I have no major complaints about the room itself, but I do have serious reservations about the owner, who struck me as a very strange and difficult person. There were problems with card payments, then with getting towels, and the broken electrical outlets were never fixed. We also heard some very unpleasant comments about guests. This is the first time I’ve left such a negative review of a place to stay.

There’s a TV, kettle, cutlery and plates in the room. The room and bathroom are okay, but the kitchen is short on equipment: it has a fridge and microwave, but unfortunately no stove.
