There’s parking, and the prices are reasonable. The place is right near the market square, close to just about everything in central Kielce. Rooms are clean and have TV and Wi-Fi. All the rooms share a kitchenette, and each floor has a shared bathroom, which is a minor drawback for me. Still, I recommend it.

Getting into the building took almost an hour. The location is the only upside, but 120 PLN per person for a double room is a rip-off. There’s mold growing on the bathroom radiator, dust that seems to have built up over years, and carpets that haven’t been vacuumed, despite supposedly being clean.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! We were six people traveling from Wrocław to Kielce for a wedding, and I’d booked through OLX two months ahead for the June 16th-18th weekend. There was a match and a trade fair in town then, so I wanted to be sure we had a place. On arrival, we had to wait for the gentleman to show up. He seemed surprised and asked if I had the wrong hotel. He hadn’t recorded my reservation, blamed the intern, said his hotel was full, and couldn’t find our conversation. Only after I messaged him did he locate it, including my confirmation. He promised to find us somewhere else, so we went to another address. After nearly an hour there, it turned out that place wasn’t available either. He then searched online for other options, but could only offer one night for 150 PLN per person, while we were supposed to stay two nights at his hotel for less per person. I was stranded the day before the wedding, far from home, exhausted from waiting and stressed, and the gentleman couldn’t help us at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It’s a fairly well-kept hostel, relatively clean but nothing luxurious. The location right by the market square is a plus. The bathroom is nice, though guests share it and the toilet.
