We had plenty of parking, and in winter the driveway and lot were kept clear of snow. The area is peaceful, with a small restaurant close by and cross-country trails easy to get to. The rooms could use a heated towel rail, though. The heating panels weren't much help for drying our clothes after a day on the winter trails.

We'd been coming here for about six years, and after being so taken with it at first, this last stay left us disappointed. The room, facilities, location, and price are all fine, but it needed cleaning as soon as we arrived. In January there were dead flies behind the curtains, chocolate crumbs under the bedside tables, and a thick layer of dust under the bed. The website says pets aren't allowed. I understand people sometimes have to bring their pets along, but I booked with my son, who has allergies, relying on that policy. There had been a pet in our room, and his allergies are so severe that we had to see a private doctor for extra pain medication. There was fur, and the bathroom door was scratched, as if an animal had been shut in there and left alone. The property itself is worth recommending, but the person responsible for cleaning clearly isn't putting in the effort.

The mess was the main problem. I found a long black hair on the bed, then three more on the kitchen cupboards. Cups were stuck to the shelf, the drawers were dirty inside, and the cutlery and plates weren't clean. There was hair in the fridge, and what I think was a spilled coffee in a cupboard under a trash can. I spent my first hour cleaning. The microwave needed cleaning throughout, not just the glass plate, and though I get that the bathroom has no ventilation, the mold on the ceiling could have been wiped away with a damp cloth and bleach. For 450 PLN per night, that level of cleanliness wasn't acceptable. There was no vacuum cleaner or laundry facility either, and the mop in the closet was broken. I would recommend the property if they changed their cleaning company. The apartments are nicely located and look good. They were warm, the beds were comfortable, and the soundproofing was average. We could hear the cleaning ladies chatting in the stairwell, but it didn't bother us. Parking was available, and the stairwell door had an intercom and stayed locked, which felt safe. The radiators did leave two of us with dry throats and a cough that lasted for days. I also missed having a smart TV. WiFi was a major drawback, public and useless.
