The location is the one real plus: the valleys are close, and there’s a well-stocked shop just beyond the fence with very kind staff. The hostess is pleasant too, but the rest of the villa feels neglected and past its best. A few bathrooms seem to have had small updates, yet the furniture is badly worn and the beds are in awful shape. Breakfast was especially disappointing. There was little choice and not much of anything. We went two mornings without butter because the hostess had forgotten to buy it. The shop is right there, but on the second day she asked if she should go and get some. We had paid for breakfast. I can understand a one-off slip, but having to deal with that again was embarrassing. It’s somewhere to sleep and wash, and that’s about it. The price is reasonable, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The best part for us was how helpful the hostess was. Our plan had us returning from Czerwone Wierchy at 7 p.m., and she let us stay until then without charging extra. She was lovely and easy to chat with. We also had a really filling, tasty breakfast, more than we could finish. The rooms are good, the bathroom was clean, and the beds, despite looking like they belonged in a castle ☺️, were comfortable. The window views are fantastic. It’s a little out of the way, which gives the place a nice atmosphere. There’s a shop just behind the fence, and buses on the main road can take you around. Zakopane and the thermal baths are nearby, as are the mountain hikes. Prices are reasonable.

The owners were so friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean. There’s a restaurant and shop nearby, and it’s easy to get to the popular trails. Lovely mountain views too.

The location is excellent, and there’s a well-stocked shop next door. The place has potential, but it’s very run-down. Cleanliness was only average. The dining area was okay, with a stove and sink, though the refrigerator didn’t work. Meals can be bought there, and breakfast is included for 17 PLN. The beds in the rooms are worn out, and there are lots of spiders.
