The rooms were clean and modernised, and breakfast was a great choice.

We loved our stay and would book here again if we come back to Krakow. The staff were friendly, the rooms were comfortable and cozy, with warm blankets and a very local 90s feel. The location right in the Jewish Quarter was perfect. And the breakfast was AMAZING! 😊💖

The breakfast service felt as lukewarm as the sausage in the warmer. The staff girl seemed annoyed and spent time on her phone instead of working. In room A014, there was only one blanket for the double bed and a used black latex glove on the wardrobe. The room had a strange smell, shook, and was noisy the whole time, probably from the boiler room one floor below. You could hear the hotel door creaking and slamming whenever someone came in, since the room door had no soundproofing. Smokers outside the hotel were audible through the windows. Even the building's exterior looked disappointing, and the room didn't meet my expectations.

Awful. The TV had no sound and the picture quality was terrible. Noise from people next door, above us, and on the other side came through. Really bad.

We could easily walk everywhere from this lovely spot in the historic area, and the train station was close too. Service was good, and breakfast was delicious. I recommend it 😊🙏🏻
