Anna was a lovely host and made sure we were comfortable. The two-bedroom apartment in the old town was large, with a generous living room and a balcony overlooking the street. The kitchen had everything except a dishwasher, and the bedrooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable. It felt secure and safe. It's on the second floor, so you need to use the stairs. Great location and value, with a great manager. Couldn't ask for more, thank you Anna.

Everything was really clean and modern, and it had all the little things we needed: coffee, tea, sugar, extra toilet rolls, plenty of towels, shampoo, and more. The price was fantastic, and we got a 10% discount at the breakfast place downstairs, which was a great bonus. The location is excellent, just a 30-second walk from the main square, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.

We had a really enjoyable break in Krakow. Our apartment, number 5, was spacious and clean, with everything we needed, including a little balcony with a table and two chairs. Paul, Anna and the rest of the team looked after us well from before we arrived right through to checkout. Breakfast at Paul's Place downstairs came with our booking, and it was tasty and filling each morning. Some of our family stayed in apartment 3. It was a bit smaller, but they had just as good an experience. We were on the second floor facing the street, so there was some noise from people out at night. Apartment 3 faced the courtyard. The location was great, only a couple of minutes on foot from the main square.

Only a short block from Old Town Square, so getting around was easy. The place was comfortable, clean and felt safe, and having a washer on site was a real help for us while traveling. If you're heading to Krakow, book it!
