Sheraton Grand Krakow

The Club Lounge was a great place to spend time, and the spa and gym have long opening hours. The pool, spa and sauna were excellent, and the gym had everything for a full workout. Tip: wear your room robe down to the spa :D We had spacious rooms, comfortable beds and modern, luxurious decor. The tea and coffee setup was among the best we’ve had, and the food was excellent, with lots of variety and great flavours. The location is central but away from a busy street, with views of the Castle and river. The Old Town is very close, and public transport is nearby. The staff were wonderful throughout. Konrad at reception gave us helpful city tips and made a fuss of us for my birthday. Alicja was great at communicating before we arrived. Monika and Robert in the Club Lounge were lovely and shared useful advice, and the whole team worked hard and treated us politely. We’d come back just to see them. You must book this hotel! 5*+

The hotel itself is incredible, especially the breakfast and spa, but it’s the people who make it five-star. Everyone I met was friendly, professional and ready to help. Alicja gave us such a warm welcome and made check-in a great experience. Wiktoria at breakfast paid close attention to my vegan food, which I really appreciated. Dawid from concierge also gave us useful ideas for places to visit in Krakow. 10/10.

The location makes it easy to explore Krakow, right beside Wawel Castle and about a five-minute walk from the Old Town. Rooms are roomy, modern and comfortable, the restaurant and bar are very good, and breakfast is generous, fresh and nicely presented. The spa and fitness area is clean and well equipped. What made my visit special, though, was the staff. Mr. Bartosz at Reception and Monika, Guest Manager, were attentive, professional and genuinely caring. Sheraton Grand Krakow felt like a little paradise, and I’ll be back. Thank you for everything.

The snack buffet came in handy for hot drinks and little bites through the day, so I’d include it in the booking. And while a five-star hotel doesn’t always deliver five-star service, Grand Sheraton really did. I felt looked after in every detail. My room looked out over the frosted river, a peaceful place to sit with coffee and take a moment. Breakfast had a great spread of fruit, cheeses and other tasty choices. Every staff member was welcoming and happily helped, whether I needed super glue or a lint roller. Thanks especially to the front desk manager who helped me personally, Piotr with his constant smile, Noniva for kindly insisting on getting me a scarf and covering my head, Natalia and Bartusz. My stay in Kraków couldn’t have been better. Highly recommended.
