The room was uncomfortable and dirty, and they weren't available when I had a request. There are much better options at the same price. I deeply regretted staying, even for just one night.

The location was the only good part of our five-night stay. They never came to clean the bathroom or make the bed, and the sheets were never changed during all five days. The carpet was filthy, every surface dusty, and the beds were very hard. PATRICK at reception was as rude as could be. I don't expect to clean my own room while on vacation. I've never had an experience like this place. Stay away!

Basic, inexpensive rooms within easy walking distance of everything, and very close to Krakow Old Town.

The location is amazing, and the receptionists are lovely. Our beds were comfortable, and the room had everything we needed, including towels, a nice shower, and a hairdryer. Breakfast was really good, too. It's a great place to stay in Kraków! :)
