Hotel Ascot Premium

Hana at reception was especially helpful from the moment we arrived. She explained the city and pointed out where to eat and what was worth seeing. All the staff were kind and greeted us with smiles, and our room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was wonderful. If I get back to the area in spring, I'd definitely stay again.

The breakfasts were some of the best we've ever had. There were warm dishes, including delicious eggs and mushrooms, creative salads, and wonderful pastries, and our family felt like royalty. Our room was small but fresh, clean, and modern. We could hear trains from the back side of the hotel, where our window faced the tracks, though it got quieter at night and we didn't let it bother us. It's a reasonably priced gem we'd be glad to return to. Thanks to the friendly, helpful staff, especially the talented chefs.

It was a very pleasant stay. The rooms are small, but tastefully furnished and well kept, and the hotel is spotlessly clean and modern. Reception were friendly and helpful. The main square is about a seven minute walk away, and the main shopping centre and train station are around five minutes away. I'd certainly consider staying here again if I return to Krakow.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and arranged a wheelchair for one of our party when we needed one. The hotel is close to the centre and Christmas market, and the rooms had everything we needed, including comfortable beds. Filtered water, chilled, was available on every floor. A great city and a hotel well worth visiting.
