The cellar bar was a real treat, with high-quality cocktails at excellent prices. The hotel is stunning, with beautiful, classical, refined decor and exceptional service. Nothing felt like too much trouble. Our lovely room had excellent facilities, and the spa and gym were the best I’ve seen. It’s a true indulgence and well worth the money. Thank you for having us.

The reception team were very nice, and room service was very nice too. Breakfast service, though, was poor, with very little attention paid to customers. Then “The MR. Genuis” decided to run a hotel system test at 04:00 on 26-02-2026. All the lights in our room turned on, so I had to wake up and switch them off. Nobody told us in advance or apologized. The response was, “oh yes, we did system check, we do one per year”. I won’t come back after that, and can’t recommend the hotel to friends who care about quality service. The hotel itself is amazing, but the staff service falls short of 5-star luxury.

The spa is lovely and free for all guests, with a sauna and heated pool that has optional jets. That alone makes the stay worthwhile. The downstairs bar is comfortable, open until 1AM, and has a great cocktail menu, great service, and a nice temperature. The team were lovely and welcoming, and the service was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, with small details that are pleasing to look at. It’s hard to find fault, and it really is a 5-star hotel where nobody feels out of place. It’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in. I’ll definitely come back and try their sister hotels.

The restaurant dinner was one of the best meals I’ve had, and breakfast was great too. The whole place feels like a work of art, with every corner thoughtfully decorated and cozy. Everything was spotless, the bed was really comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The people made the stay even better. Victoria at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Daria put together a custom list of recommendations after chatting with us over breakfast about what we liked and didn’t like. A blonde-haired man whose name I unfortunately can’t remember also helped with the maintenance so we could use the large tub with our salt mine bath salts. Everyone was kind and ready to help. This was the height of luxury, and I feel lucky I got to stay here. Other hotels that call themselves luxurious could learn what real luxury feels like from this place.
