The room was spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff were kind and helpful, and I also arranged my airport transfers through them. The taxi driver was really nice too. There were complimentary luxury toiletries as well.

Barbara was wonderful, both over email and in person, and the flat was spotless. It’s a roomy, comfortable one-bedroom apartment with high-end furnishings and kitchenware, plus an elevator. Even though it’s very quiet, you’re only a two-minute walk from the Old Town Square, with loads of restaurants and bars nearby. We enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it.

Olga and Barbara were great to deal with, both in person and in their communication. We stayed three nights, and the rooms were spacious. The location is hard to beat, just a 30-second walk from the old town. You can’t go wrong booking here.

The spa is fantastic, and I’d happily stay here again. My room was spacious, with kitchen facilities and a big bathroom. It’s in central Krakow, in a charming traditional building that has an elevator.

10/10
The room was clean and roomy, with a small kitchen area and a coffee machine with pods, a nice touch. There was some work going on while we were there, but the noise stayed minor and didn’t affect our stay. Apartamenty Bracka 6 was easy to find and well placed for exploring Kraków. It was good value for the money, and I’d book it again next time.
