The staff were lovely, and the location is close to the centre with good bus service. The room was okay, but it never got properly dark because of what looked like emergency lights. I need a dark room to sleep, so that wasn't great for me. The shower also wasn't suitable for women who don't want to get their hair wet. Breakfast had a big variety and was okay, but some things looked like they'd been prepared the day before and kept in the fridge. The pineapple, tomatoes, and cucumber were dried out. I went down at 7.

The whole reception team was super friendly and helpful during my two night stay. I especially want to thank Aleksandra, who went out of her way to help me twice and gave such attentive service with a smile. I'm really grateful for her patience and kindness. She made my stay so comfortable! ❤️

The room was only moderate, and there was no water or mini bar in it. They do have a water dispenser in the hall. Towels were kept in the bedroom instead of the bathroom, and there wasn't any in the bathroom. The noise from the nearby road came right in through the windows, which had no sound insulation. The reception desk was awful, with a very rude woman. They advertise queen size beds but put two singles together. For this price, you'd be better off staying at another hotel.

We spent one night here before catching our flight, and everything was great. It's ideally located for the airport, with a huge breakfast selection, a very clean and comfortable hotel, and super friendly staff. Highly recommend!

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern furnishings and a cozy feel. It was easy to unwind after sightseeing. Getting around Kraków was stress free too, with public transport nearby and the city center just a short ride away. What stood out most was how welcoming the staff were. They were attentive and ready to help with requests or local recommendations. Special thanks to Maya for assisting with a smile. I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Great Polonia Conrad Kraków and would definitely come back.
