We stayed three nights and found the hotel very reasonably priced for its class. Our standard double was much more spacious than we'd expected from the booking.com photos, and the bathroom was roomy too. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The shower pressure was weak, though it was fine for a bath. We skipped breakfast because we thought £25 per person was too expensive, but ate dinner in the hotel restaurant at around the same price. The food and service were very good. The location in the old town was fantastic, yet it was quiet off the main streets. Would definitely recommend.

The front reception service was very friendly. The hotel is in the old town, outside the sweddish gate, and the rooms are kept clean and tidy with daily cleaning. There's also a place to leave your bags if needed. It's close to the meeting points for day trips, and McDonald's and Costa are just across the way if you want something simple to eat. I'd recommend staying here.

We were here two weeks ago, and the buffet breakfast was amazing, with salmon, champagne, cooked food, pastries, fruit, cereal and plenty more. The staff were so friendly and sorted out a mistake on our booking without any fuss. They moved us to the princess suite and were more than happy to do so. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location, with everything you need nearby ❤️.

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, so it was easy to rest after a day out exploring the city. My stay in Krakow was pleasant, and everything was fine overall and met my expectations.

The staff are a credit to the hotel owners, all pleasant and professional in how they do their jobs. Pavel the barman deserves a special mention for making such enjoyable cocktails. Breakfast was very good too, with lots of different choices. We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel.
