Intro Hostel

Cheap and cheerful, and well placed for the main square. They provide a complimentary breakfast of toast and cereal, and there are four showers and toilets. It’s good for large groups if you’re happy sharing a dorm, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a couple’s romantic break. I’d use it again when travelling through.

The lounge was a lovely place to unwind, with plenty of couches, and there was a kitchen and shower facilities too. Our room was spacious, and the hostel is close to all the attractions. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed staying here.

That heart-shaped butter on my toast was apparently the only thing I photographed, haha. Breakfast was free, and the place had a nice atmosphere, helpful staff, and a great location. It was good value overall. When busy, though, it got noisy and the sound curfew wasn't enforced. The showers sometimes swung between hot and cold, and some dorm beds felt a bit like bowls, though others were comfortable. Our private room was clean and really nice, but a little cold, with noise from the club downstairs when it was busy. Wi-Fi worked well in the dorm and kitchen areas, less so in the private room.

The locker setup left a lot to be desired, and the hostel felt pretty sparse compared with other places. It was clean, though. The location is right in the heart of Krakow's Old Town, but it's on the third floor above several loud bars and nightclubs, with no lift.
