The rooms were filthy, with dust everywhere and cobwebs hanging from the ceilings. The staff’s behavior through the whole ordeal was unacceptable. They raised their voices, laughed at us, and brushed off how vulnerable they’d made us feel. We appreciated being moved to another room, but the main issue was that they touched our belongings without consent. They hadn’t given reasonable notice, and we hadn’t agreed to them moving anything. I don’t believe they could legally do that. NEVER stay here. I’m pregnant, and I raised concerns about the steps up to the bed in the bedroom. The staff member on duty kindly let us stay in a double bedroom, but never said it was only for one night. We left early the next morning to explore Krakow. During the day, Krakow Apartments & Rooms messaged to say we had 15 minutes to clear the room or they’d remove our belongings. I didn’t see the message until I was on my phone later.

The owner was friendly and hospitable, and we had a very pleasant apartment. We were happy with both our trip to Krakow and the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was lovely, fully furnished, and had a beautiful location and interior. The receptionist was such a sweet lady. ♥️ We’re looking forward to coming back.
