Leonardo Boutique Hotel Krakow Old Town

The room could have been cleaner, and the shower pressure was weak. Still, the deluxe room felt spacious and new, and the price was good value. Leonardo consistently delivers on hospitality, from the rooms and amenities to the service and pricing. The location is handy too, close to the Old Town and within walking distance of good restaurants.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with a great spread of hot and cold food, sweet and savoury choices, pastries, teas, coffee and syrups. It was very well presented and worth the extra cost. The hotel is also well placed, with a short walk through the park across the street bringing you into Old Krakow Town. From the street, it doesn’t look like much, but inside there’s a lovely foyer and the whole place is spotless, well maintained and decorated to a high boutique standard. Our room wasn’t huge, but it was clean and had what we needed: coffee machine, iron, hairdryer, safe and fridge. The bed and pillows were comfortable. An extra blanket might have been a nice touch. We spoke with staff at the bar and reception, including when arranging transport. They seemed young, but were capable, exceptionally polite and helpful. We’ve just come back from four nights and enjoyed the stay enormously. I’d definitely return and recommend it to friends.

We had a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with a good shower and comfy beds. Staff were so friendly, spoke very good English and were always ready to help. Breakfast offered lots to choose from, including cooked food, cereal, cheeses, ham, yoghurt, pancakes and waffles. The bar was a comfortable place to unwind in the evening. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

We arrived at about 11:10 pm, after emailing the hotel that morning, and they immediately reassured me that the late arrival was no problem. They even offered to arrange an airport pickup. Check-in was easy, and the staff member on duty was lovely. Each time we went out or came back, we were greeted with a smile and a hello. The room was immaculate, the bed was huge, and everything was spotless. The location was fantastic and we walked everywhere. The restaurant had a good range of drinks at great prices. I can’t think of a bad thing to say, and we’re already planning another trip.
