The location was great, and the whole place was always clean and tidy. The facilities were fantastic, but the friendly, helpful staff stood out most. Thomas and the woman at the front desk with red or dirty-blond hair went above and beyond. I can't remember her name, unfortunately. We'll definitely be back.

The breakfast was great, but a serious incident during my month-long stay beginning in August 2024 left me feeling intimidated for two years. After housekeeping cleaned my room, a set of hair extensions worth about €300 went missing. I reported it straight away, but the hotel dismissed my concern and offered no compensation. Later, after I posted a review describing what happened and advising guests not to leave valuables unattended, the hotel contacted my employer and threatened retaliation unless I removed it, calling my statements “illegal claims.” I took the review down to avoid trouble at the new workplace I had moved to from another country. Now that I no longer have ties to the company involved, I feel safe speaking about it. I know a hotel can't guarantee the safety of every item, but guests should be able to report an incident honestly without being pressured or threatened afterward. Keep valuables secure, and be aware that negative feedback may not be handled professionally.

Thomas made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and kindly helped with recommendations and storing our bags so we could get straight into the day. We were lucky to receive an upgrade, which gave us much more room, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel has all the conveniences we needed, including a great buffet breakfast, full bar and excellent spa. It's ideally placed near the sights, a short walk from the Vistula, with a tram stop just down the street. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic mark at reception made my stay so much better. He was kind, exceptional and always ready to help. The hotel itself was fantastic and accommodating too.
