The price makes this feel like a rip-off. It’s a cramped studio with everything in one room and only cupboards for storage. There aren’t even hangers, and the place was dirty too. The sofa bed was hard to open and had no linen. There’s construction everywhere, no real reception, and you collect your key from a utility room. The owner even emailed to explain that the reception wasn’t really a reception; whoever was there seemed completely lost and no help at all. At night, the passing cars and tram shake the place, especially on weekends when the tram runs every 30 minutes. This should have been mentioned. I’m going to write formally to Booking.com and leave a bad review on Instagram. It’s disgraceful for what it costs.

The apartment listing said there was a bedroom, but what we got was a room with a sofa bed. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. They emailed the next evening saying it was working, but my husband had to fix the bad router himself, so you apparently need to be a technician too. The welcome was poor, parking was bad, and the receptionist was unwilling to help. We were also given misleading information about the apartment. That’s not all. Thanks, and good luck.

For a reasonable price, this is a small apartment in a handy location. The tram outside brings city noise through the window, though, and the Wi-Fi kept cutting out. A washing machine would be useful too.
