Vistula Apartments

The rooms are roomy and attractive, and the location is great. The management works hard to make customers happy, and the staff are professional, accommodating, and honorable in the way they do business. A pleasure to deal with, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to feel at home.

The price is fair and the apartment looks great, but I can’t recommend it for a winter stay. The heating seems to have just two settings, freezing or extremely hot. There’s also a lot of noise from the nearby tram.

The place was very clean, quiet, and spacious, and it’s close to the main town square. I spent three days there, from the 18th to the 21st of January, and it was one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in. The service was excellent too. I’d absolutely recommend it, and I’ll definitely stay there again if I return to Krakow.

The apartment block is close to local shops and transport, and Rynek Glowny is about a 12-14 minute walk away. Our apartment was lovely, very clean, well equipped, and attractive. The skylights let in light and made it feel more open. Wi-Fi worked really well, which mattered since roaming data abroad can be expensive. We were given an information sheet in English with the Wi-Fi details, gate codes, emergency numbers, check-out times, and other information. Reception wasn’t open much over the weekend, and we only saw one staff member during our stay. The apartment was a bit noisy because it’s on a main road, and the corridor and stairwells echoed at night. It isn’t wheelchair or pushchair accessible. We were on the top floor, apartment 24, and had eight flights of stairs to climb every time we came or went. That got tedious, and the website hadn’t mentioned it.
