We had a really enjoyable New Year's Eve at Zinar Castle. I brought my three sons and their partners to the evening event, and it was amazing. The event room looked beautiful, the meal was exceptional, and they put on a lovely buffet later in the evening. Service was outstanding, and the DJ played great music that got everyone dancing. At midnight, we watched the countdown from the terrace and welcomed the New Year with champagne, with amazing views over Krakow. Thank you to Zinar Castle and the staff for such a special evening.

We had a wonderful four-night stay at this beautiful, magical 5-star hotel and celebrated New Year's Eve there. The gala was lovely, the service perfect, and the view over Krakau beautiful. The rooms were great, the beds good, and both dinner and breakfast tasted really good.

Weronika made us feel at home. She was a lovely waitress and hostess, patient with us, and knew the menu thoroughly, including what to recommend to each of us. The food was well worth the price and didn't disappoint. We'd love to come back if we're ever in Kraków again.

We had a busy 10 days here on business, and finishing the trip at Zinar was spectacular. The food was probably the best I've ever eaten, and the views over Krakow were stunning. Everything about this property feels world class. I'll be back. Thank you, Zinar, for leaving such an impression and memory. That's what matters in life.

The hotel has a beautiful location and a great view, but the rest felt more like a 4-star than a 5-star stay. We mentioned in the booking that we were celebrating, and they didn't acknowledge it at all. The rooms are small and very basic, and the service was okay, nothing special. The tea selection in the room was small and all caffeinated, so when I asked at night for chamomile, they charged me for the tea bag. With such a high nightly price, I expected more. The breakfast buffet was very small, with little available, and the spa was so overcrowded and busy that we left after 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll return.
