Bursztynowe Buki

The guesthouse has an elevator, which you don’t often find in this kind of place, and it’s spotless and close to the spa. From the terrace, there’s a beautiful view of the mountains. We paid for a standard room but were given an upgraded studio with a kitchenette and separate bedroom. Communication with the owner was excellent and the atmosphere very friendly. The only small issues were no soap and poor bathroom lighting. I recommend it.

The owner made us feel very welcome and was friendly and easy to talk to. The property is just a three-minute walk from the spa center, yet it sits outside that area on a very quiet street. Our spacious, clean apartment had a separate bedroom with a TV and a well-equipped kitchen with all the utensils we needed for our trip. There was plenty of room to move around without bumping into each other.

We appreciated the peaceful location, and the room my family and I rented was clean and well equipped. The staff were kind and helpful, and gave us great tips on hiking trails suitable for parents with a baby in a stroller. I can recommend this apartment to anyone.

The location was the only thing we liked. I’d chosen it because the reviews were all positive, but from the first day we were disappointed. We had to wait out in the freezing cold for someone to let us into our rooms, and the rooms lacked basics like a broom and toilet paper. I ended up buying a broom myself. The receptionist kept explaining she’d only recently started and was still getting used to the job, but seemed completely lost, from breakfast arrangements to calculating the resort fee for five people.
