The staff are super friendly and really helpful, and the location is great. The rooms are nice, though a few things could be better: water pressure, a standing shower, and heating that guests can control themselves.

Watching the Aurora from our room made the trip unforgettable. We had a stunning panoramic room at Zamek Łeba, and the food at Neptune Restaurant was incredible. The service was perfect too. A once-in-a-lifetime experience.

What a beautiful, elegant resort in a lovely location. The restaurant was excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer, and hope to return!

The beach and Baltic Sea views were awesome, and the food was delicious. We had chicken with spätzle and paprika sauce, and the bread was tasty too. The staff were friendly, and the music was well chosen and at just the right volume: not too loud or annoying, with no bass boom blasting. Guests can park outside the gate in a lot under the trees. The beach is on one side of the hotel, the forest on the other, with hiking trails through the forest and crosswalks leading to the beach.
