Platon Residence Apartments

The place had a calm, pleasant feel, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, and we felt at ease during our stay. It was clean, well kept, and had what we needed. The location is excellent, and we’d gladly come back. I recommend these apartments!

The location worked really well, near the market hall and Piotrkowska Street. The only bother was some street noise at night on Saturdays, with a hostel and pub right across the road. The rooms themselves are small, but the big window makes them bright, and the dark curtains keep the light out at night. They’re simply furnished but have the basics: glasses, mugs, plates, a corkscrew, and a frying pan. There’s also a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board, plus towels and toiletries. Everything was clean and cared for, and the building feels new, secure, and well maintained. Getting in was easy with the intercoms and codes. I’d recommend it for a private or business trip (FV).

The owner was friendly, and the room itself was small but new. The good parts stop there. Across the street is a cheap hostel where, as I saw it, drunken people harass passersby. The building was a mess too, with smashed beer bottles in the stairwell and a sticky floor. I can’t recommend it.
