Apartament Turkusowy Świętoduska 12

The room was nicely decorated, but getting to it meant passing through a string of unpleasant surprises. It was cold and dirty, with mold on the taps, crumbs and a mess in the cabinet under the sink, a filthy toilet brush, and rust all over. The shower was flooded, smelled like Domestos or something similar, and had so much hair in it that touching it to turn on the tap was disgusting. Bathroom tiles were peeling, and the bedroom window by the door let in air. That doesn't work well with the air filled radiators. I don't know whether the manager knew what condition the apartment was in before we arrived, or how it got such high Booking ratings. Communication also stops at 4:00 PM because of office hours. If you arrive later, you have to sort things out yourself or wait for an email reply. Ours is navy blue, but there's no website.
