Hotel Iskierka Business & Spa

I first came this month for the jacuzzi with my MultiSport Plus card. I wondered whether the hotel might not be keen on cardholders, since we use the facilities for 90 minutes without making a payment. The receptionists proved me wrong. They're professional, fluent in English, gentle, welcoming, and always smiling. I've now been back several times to train and correct my walking posture. My foot angle isn't right, which has caused muscle pain on hikes, and the big Aquatrainer pool lets me walk and work on my inner muscles. I really like the service here and think visitors will be happy with it. I'll definitely come again. The feedback is mainly about the two women at reception who worked from the 5th to the 7th, though I'm sure the other employees are great too. Update: I wrote the original review yesterday, and today's front desk and spa receptionists are great as well.

The party room was decorated beautifully, and the staff went out of their way to help everyone enjoy the evening. The music band was a great choice, with something for guests of different tastes. We spent New Year's Eve here and couldn't fault the hotel. It was spotless, the service was great, and the party food was exceptional, better than at some five-star hotels in London. We'll definitely come back when we're in Poland.

The price was reasonable and the standard room was clean. The small spa has a pool and saunas, but the gym was limited, with most of the equipment out of order during my stay. Also, one little bottle of water wasn't enough.

I spent a few weeks here with work colleagues and had a brilliant stay. The bar and club have great facilities and the beer is cheap, plus being able to unwind in the spa was a bonus. The staff were so friendly and helpful that they'd stop whatever they were doing to help. Nothing bad to say about the place.
