The setting is beautiful, with limestone rocks and Ogrodzieniec Castle nearby, and the modern interiors fit naturally with the surroundings. The hotel makes a good base for hiking and cycling, with trails including the Eagle Nests Trail close by. I found the atmosphere calm and welcoming, without feeling pretentious. Our room was cozy, the bed very comfortable, and the spa was a lovely way to unwind after a day outdoors. Couples, families with children, and people traveling with pets all seem to be catered for. The food was good and carefully prepared, the dishes looked nice, and breakfast was satisfying. It’s a hotel with a real sense of place and plenty of character, suited to a quiet nature break, an active holiday, or a romantic getaway.

We stayed in a huge suite for a friend’s wedding, with a giant, luxurious bathroom, and loved it. The pool was huge as well. The food and wine were fantastic, especially the generous breakfast buffet with Polish specialties alongside Western European options. We had fun exploring the ruined castle, and the nearby amusement park kept our kids entertained. Such a cool hotel, we’d love to return!

The service at Poziom 511 was so discreet and attentive that it felt like the staff knew what we needed before we did. My husband and I were completely blown away and thoroughly spoilt. Everything was spotless, even the mirrors gleamed and there wasn’t dust anywhere. The pool is huge and indoors, which was a real bonus since we didn’t get dry weather for our whole stay. The sauna, steam room, and spa were all first rate. I’d never seen the clever bucket-of-ice-water shower before, but it was brilliant. I hadn’t tried much Polish food before the holiday, and there was loads of variety, served in generous amounts and cooked with care. The hotel is sleek, modern, and spacious, set in beautiful Polish countryside. I can’t fault it and would love to come back with the kids. Everyone at 511 has perfected that thoughtful, luxurious service that never makes you feel like you’re asking too much. Can’t wait to return.

This was my third stay at this beautiful hotel, and it’s been fantastic every time. This weekend was especially meaningful because my family and I came to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. The staff did an outstanding job helping us organize it. I’ve stayed in hotels across more than 200 cities around the world, and Poziom511 is easily among my top three. Add the landscape, location, and design, and for me it’s number one.

The rooms are comfortable, the staff helpful, and the pool and spa are superb. The setting is gorgeous, and it’s conveniently close to a village. They also serve their own wine. I especially enjoyed the Pinot Noir, and only wish I’d had room in my luggage to bring some home.
