The bed linen was awful, with stains of different colors and sizes on both the sheets and pillowcases. The other bed I was told to use looked much the same. When I contacted the owner, they suggested I bring shower gel from the Biedronka store 400 meters away and said they would reduce the room price by 7 złoty. About the linen, the answer was simply to use the other bed. After we argued at 9:30 PM, I was told I could cancel if I didn't like the room. I had arrived before 9 PM, late in the evening, and had told the staff in advance. Still, there was no disposable body wash or soap. The room I was given also turned out to be completely different from the one I had booked, and didn't match the address or number shown in the photos. It was an unpleasant, difficult stay, and I wouldn't recommend this struggle for comfort to anyone.

The cigarette smell and the winter cold were a disaster. I asked the owner how we could warm the room after airing it out, since there was air conditioning but no remote, and never got a reply. The place itself looked great, the room was spacious, and the location was great.

There was loads of room and it was comfortable. I'd definitely recommend it.
