The location wasn't especially good, and the stay wasn't cheap on the night I was there. The beds creaked, the facilities were horrible, and getting to the rooms meant walking past lots of bins. The host was pretty unfriendly too. If you're travelling, I'd avoid this place at all costs.

The mattress was hard and the pillow was horrible, and the creepy staircase made for a pretty unsettling welcome. The entrance almost felt like they were messing with us. Inside, the hostel was really dirty, and it was self-service with no staff around. There were strange, drunk Polish people in our room. One of the worst parts of our road trip, and I absolutely wouldn't recommend it. Go back to Soviet times if that's the experience you're after.

I asked to change my reservation and got no response at all. Stay away.

It has a friendly atmosphere and feels like home.

I can't see how this deserves a rating above 3. The bathroom conditions were terrible: cobwebs, smelly bedding, crooked sockets, and a dead bug on the ceiling. I could keep listing things. Shame on you, owner! If you can, avoid this hostel altogether.
