Honestly, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. The staff are devilish, the electronic keys don't work, and the hallway smells strongly of cigarettes. To get a key that won't even open the door, you have to go all the way to the other end of the village. The room had hair scattered around and stains on the bed.

I felt uneasy seeing people hanging around outside who weren't from the hotel. The resort seemed left to visitors: doors and barrier were open, nobody was on staff, and reception was shut behind a roller shutter. CCTV was the only apparent safety measure. The phone numbers at the so-called reception didn't work, so we had to drive about 400 meters to the inn for a woman to check us in and open the rooms. The room itself was comfortable and nice, with a TV, Netflix, and a large shower. Cleanliness was another matter, as the photos show. The toilet lid kept dropping and woke half the hotel, there was limescale in the shower, a sewer smell, and a dusty brush on the grate. The bedding was supposedly white, but its black buttons had dissolved. The surprising part was how much toilet paper there was. At 260-280 PLN a night, the quality didn't justify the price.

Everything in the rooms is new and finished to a very good standard, so it's a pleasure to stay there. The walls are thin, though, and you can hear everything. Service is easy, but there's no breakfast at the accommodation. In Spała, the location is much the same wherever you stay since everything is at most five minutes from the apartment. Prices keep going up.

The location is great, and the staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean, furnished simply but cozily. They come with towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, kettle, coffee, tea, and cups. Breakfast is included and served buffet style.
