It's a short walk from here to the beach, with two entrances, and there's a shop and restaurant nearby too. The station is a little farther away. The rooms were clean, the owner was very nice and friendly, and the accommodation was reasonably priced. Great for me!

The beds are the one thing that needs attention. Mine and my husband's were overdue for replacement: the mattress was thin and the springs dug into my back. There also isn't much room to dry clothes, which matters by the seaside. Still, the place is cozy, the owner is very friendly, and the rooms are clean and fairly modern, so I'm giving it five stars. I recommend the rooms!

The room door's lock is broken, other doors have gaps and holes, the blind is torn and won't work, and the shower is broken. There are holes in the walls and cables hanging from the ceiling. In the bathroom, things are barely attached, and the electrical socket has been pulled out of the wall. In the room, only the fridge and TV outlets work, just one socket, which isn't enough. There's no sponge or way to wash dishes. It's difficult to reach the owners, except when they come to collect extra charges that weren't listed on booking.com. The price doesn't match the condition of the place.

The guesthouse was clean, that's true, but the welcome was poor. I waited almost an hour for the owner. The plates and cups were washed in the toilet because there was no access to a sink. On Saturday, a staff member held a party in the yard, and at 11 p.m. I had to intervene. To get down to the sea, you have to go down more than 200 steps. That's not mentioned in the description.
