Hotel Arłamów

The hotel itself isn’t bad, but the price doesn’t feel justified. At 400 eur night, I expected a much higher standard and better access. The pool is open to paying outside visitors as well as guests, which made it virtually impossible to relax. The spa also isn’t limited to hotel guests, and using it costs an extra 150 pln. On top of that, parking is charged separately, even though there’s a huge amount of space in the middle of nowhere. At 1500 PLN per night, can’t the hotel include parking? 😂 The value for money just isn’t there for me, and I won’t be back.

The rooms were comfortable, though a bit older than I expected. I was surprised when housekeeping came into my room despite the “do not disturb” sign on the door. It wasn’t a major issue, but I expected my request for privacy to be respected.

We’ve already stayed at Hotel Arłamów twice, and after another fantastic visit last week, we’re looking forward to returning. There’s a lot for families to do, and having the hotel’s own ski slope right there is very convenient. The location and views are beautiful, the food was really nice, and there were lots of options. Our one gripe is that parking wasn’t included. It would have been a nice touch to make it free.

After that epic drive, arriving here felt wonderful. The rooms are spacious and high-spec, with balconies and lovely views, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is superb. I especially loved the generous breakfast bar and the fully equipped spa, where you can get superb massages.
