After we left, we got a positive review on Airbnb, then the next day Neclegi Renters asked us for €260 for damage we hadn't caused, scratches in the kitchen. It's more than annoying having to deal with this, especially as we had nothing to do with the damage. €260 for a kitchen scratch is absolutely outrageous, and it feels like they're trying to make double the money from us. We had a nice stay in an apartment that was nice and clean. There were some scratches and signs of use from the previous renter, but that seemed normal to us. I wouldn't recommend booking, and I'm never coming back. Please rethink how you treat clean, reliable customers.

Everything else was acceptable, but the bathroom was uncomfortable. There was no curtain or glass around the shower, so water flooded the room, and there wasn’t an extractor fan.

The apartment was dirty when we arrived, with a rotten smell in the bathroom, greasy pots and pans, and dirty dishes with food left on them. We booked a 12-night suite in Gdańsk through Booking, but the booking company called to cancel and persuaded us to take a supposedly better offer from Renters, saying direct service would work better. It didn’t. They supplied just two toilet rolls and one garbage bag for the whole stay. I requested fresh towels on day eight, as their own terms allow, but none arrived. When I politely asked for more toilet paper and garbage bags, they refused, and nobody replied to my complaint about the state of the apartment. I definitely don’t recommend it. The staff didn’t seem to care about customers.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. Renters Accommodation is easy to reach whenever you have a question or concern. I’d recommend them.
