Apartamenty Promenada - visitopl

On my first day, I saw a receptionist hand a customer a map when he asked how to get to his apartment and tell him to find it himself. Maybe that’s normal where she’s from, but it isn’t acceptable here. It was especially disappointing after I’d used this agency many times without a problem. I rented an apartment on Zdrojowa Street. The blinds were broken, there was a sewage smell, and the office showed no interest in its website. When I raised the blinds issue, I was told they weren’t in the photo and I shouldn’t expect them. After a long discussion, a man came and suggested pinning two narrow curtains together in the middle. He measured the window, with the dimensions visible in the background. I was eventually told the property owner, not the agency renting it out, was responsible for its condition. I also had to buy a mole to unclog the sink when I picked up the key. I’m disappointed by how this was handled and hope management does something about it.

A lovely spot, just a short distance from the sea.

The apartment was nicely furnished and had what we needed. But no one told us the washing machine was broken, and we found some hairs on the bedsheet.

You’re close to the sea, promenade, and good restaurants, so the location in Świnoujście is hard to beat. The apartments can be quite worn, though. I’d say they suit a weekend better than a two-week holiday.
