It's a modern, clean, new flat in an old building with lots of character.

The atmosphere here really won me over, and I’d happily come back. Everything is close by, and this was my first stay in Ustka. I stayed with my daughter in a double room, and the modern decor and atmospheric LED lighting were lovely. Most things felt just right, including having a sink in the kitchenette for dishes, which I usually have to carry to the little bathroom sink elsewhere. They provide a bottle opener and corkscrew too. A few salad bowls and bigger glasses for water or juice would be handy. The downside is the poor soundproofing: you can hear people snoring and laughing. For a longer visit, a long broom would help with all the sand people bring in.

The owner was very kind, and the place is only 70 meters from the sea. Our room was clean and beautiful, and everything felt perfect. There was a kettle, hair dryer, dishwashing liquid, liquid soap, towels, a stove, dishes, cups, and glasses. Highly recommended. Best regards.

The rooms are pleasant, spacious, and clean, and everything is nearby. Parking takes some hunting, though, and once you find a spot it’s best not to move the car until you’re leaving. The big issue is the soundproofing, or really the lack of it. You can hear what’s going on even in the rooms furthest away. If the people sharing your stay happen to party, there won’t be much peace and quiet. That’s what keeps this from being a five-star rating.
