The owners are very understanding and do their best to look after guests. I also appreciated that pets aren’t allowed, since I have allergies. There’s a designated smoking area, a pool, and a barbecue. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and above all clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and there’s a huge TV, plus a patio full of lovely flowers. The best resort in Ustroń.

We stayed here in December 2025, and the apartment was in great condition and had everything we needed. Having a private sauna was a nice bonus. It’s around a 10-minute walk to the centre of Ustroń, and the owner was both helpful and professional. I highly recommend checking out Asenata's offer!

We’ve come back and are very happy with our stay. The guesthouse is lovely, clean, and smells fresh. The rooms, bathroom, and balcony were all perfect, and it’s close to the centre. The boss is always smiling. We’ll definitely return. Best wishes, Krzysztof and Grażyna.

We’ve just come back from a short weekend in Ustroń, and the apartment was a pleasant surprise. It was spotless, nicely furnished, and ideally located near the city centre. We were very pleased with it and will use this accommodation again.
