The building has no elevator or air conditioning, and it’s dirty and makeshift. Trash wasn’t taken out, and there was no other service available at the time. We chose this “hotel” for its location, but facilities like this should be closed and cleaned. The rooms seem to be cleaned perhaps once a month. The bathroom smelled of mold, and the fan had been running well before we arrived. The shower was clogged and leaking, as was the sink. When we reported it, we were told there were no staff to handle it. In fact, there seems to be just one person in the building, collecting cash and a form. Hello, Sanitary Inspectorate!

The customer is treated with indifference, and you have to ask for everything. The rooms look okay online, but arriving was disappointing. There was supposed to be coffee and tea in the rooms, but there wasn’t any. It’s not worth the price. I recommend Ibis instead. The extra 50 złoty, including breakfast, gets you pure luxury and makes you feel appreciated, noticed, and warmly welcomed right through the last day. I don’t recommend this place. Avoid it!

Price and location are the only good things. We’d booked the entire hotel in advance, but at the last minute found out four rooms weren’t available. The staff were disorganized and didn’t tell us the breakfast hours or about the drinks we’d prepared. Breakfast was stale cold cuts, probably left over from the evening party.
